In 1952, Techoy was first established as Techoy Company in April 1952.

In 1982, Techoy renamed as Techoy Construction Company Limited after being admitted as Group B Approved Contractors.

In 2015, the Group listed on GEM Board of HKEX as Thelloy Development Group Limited in 2015 and transferred to the Main Board in 2017 (HKEX: 1546).

In 2022, Techoy celebrating its 70th anniversary.
